Location & Description
Kilsheelan is located on the N24 National Primary Route 8 km east of Clonmel and 12km west of Carrick on Suir. The settlement had a recorded population of 520 in 2006.
Infrastructure

Industrial Land Banks
Under the South Tipperary County Development Plan 2009-2015 there are 14 ha of lands zoned for light industrial land use in Kilsheelan;
- 4.3 ha to the west of the village and to the north of the N24,
- there are 8.3 ha located to the east of the village and to the south of the N24.
- The last plot of 1.4 ha adjoins the railway line and the R706 Fethard Regional Road to the north of the village.
The three industrially zoned sites are currently in Greenfield condition.
